Fee Protection Scheme (FPS): In compliance with Singapore Committee for Private Education (CPE) regulations, all course fees paid by international students are protected under the Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) administered by EduTrust-certified Private Education Institutions (PEIs). Ira Straits Edu Pte. Ltd. does not collect, receive, or intermediate school tuition fees into private accounts. All tuition payments are made directly from the student/sponsor to the educational institution.
2. No Deceptive Guarantees: In accordance with CPE agent ethics and ICA guidelines, Ira Straits Edu does not guarantee admissions, Student's Pass visa outcomes, post-study work passes, or Singapore Permanent Residency (PR). Visa issuance is strictly at the sovereign discretion of the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
3. Employment Restriction: Under Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, holders of Student's Passes enrolled in Private Education Institutions are strictly prohibited from part-time or full-time employment in Singapore during term time.
